These terms apply to your use of Laven.
Use of the app
Laven provides bedtime audio, sleep timers, Bedtime Presets, favorites, widgets, and related playback features. You are responsible for using the app safely and appropriately, including keeping the volume low and the device at a safe distance from a sleeping child.
No medical advice
Laven is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have concerns about sleep, hearing, health, or child care, consult a qualified professional.
Purchases and subscriptions
Laven Pro is available as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, all bought with your Apple Account. Every option unlocks the same Pro features. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A Lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not cancel an existing one. Prices and renewal terms are shown on the App Store purchase sheet.
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of Laven.
Availability
Laven may change over time. Features, sounds, subscription offers, and availability may be updated, removed, or replaced.
